A community session to review this DAO Operating Agreement is scheduled for Thursday Sept 2, 2021 at 12pm ET on meet.jit.si/obada

After feedback, the agreement will be ratified with our attorney and submitted to the State of Wyoming to update the existing Wyoming DAO LLC incorporation documents.
